At ToBe Skin Care Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products developed with a professional and science-based approach.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are considered final once products have been opened or used.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
• damaged items upon delivery
• defective products
• incorrect items received

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@renophase.ca, including:
• your order number
• a clear photo of the issue
• a brief description

All requests are reviewed individually. Approved cases may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Skin Reactions

In the unlikely event of a skin reaction, we recommend discontinuing use of the product immediately.

Please contact us within 48 hours at info@renophase.ca, including:
• your order number
• a photo and description of the reaction
• details of other skincare products used in combination

As skin responses can vary depending on individual sensitivity, application, and product layering, each case will be carefully reviewed.

While we do not guarantee refunds for such cases, we are committed to working with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• opened or used products
• final sale items
